1. Where are your products made?

All of our products are handmade by skilled artisans in Morocco. Each piece is a reflection of Moroccan culture, crafted with traditional methods and attention to detail.


2. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship to the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding our delivery areas, so stay tuned for updates.


3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing time.


4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £75. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee of £5.99 applies.


5. What shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with reliable carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.


6. Can I return my order?

Absolutely. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 14 days of delivery. A free return label is included in your package.


7. Do you accept exchanges?

No, we do not accept exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.


8. How do I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track it directly via the carrier’s website.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping, but all orders are thoughtfully packaged to reflect the care and craftsmanship of our products.
